Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter & Craigslist

Besides LinkedIn, jobwhat adds its job-card helpers to four more boards. Turn each one on in Settings → Job boards. Indeed, Glassdoor and ZipRecruiter check that you're signed in when you enable them; Craigslist doesn't need a login.

All boards share one job log and one set of monthly caps, and they follow the same Board buttons settings.

What each board gets

jobwhat doesn't fill the boards' own in-platform apply flows (LinkedIn and Glassdoor Easy Apply, Indeed's own apply, ZipRecruiter Quick Apply). When a posting links to the company's own application, jobwhat saves that ATS link on the job so the log can show it and you can autofill it there.

Indeed

Per-card log, hide, clear-viewed, watch and Resume Score, and a résumé match banner in the detail pane. There's no queue button on Indeed. Jobwhat only follows Apply on company site links, never Indeed-hosted apply.

Glassdoor

The same per-card helpers and detail-pane match banner as Indeed. Only Apply on employer site destinations are saved; Glassdoor Easy Apply isn't an ATS link.

ZipRecruiter

The same helpers on ZipRecruiter search, plus icons on the job-seeker home tile grid. Only off-site employer apply links are saved; Quick Apply stays on ZipRecruiter.

Craigslist

Each result row gets +, hide, clear-viewed, 👁 watch and a title-fit chip, and the open posting gets a Resume Score dial and match banner. There's no queue and no autofill.

• Watch scans the posting for email, phone and apply instructions and saves them in the job's Notes.
• View all / Hide all and Watch all sit beside Craigslist's posted today filter.
• Split navigation (Settings → Board buttons, on by default) shows the list on the left and the posting on the right. Turn it off for full-page listings.
• Remove duplicate job postings (off by default) strikes through re-posts of jobs you've already viewed, applied to, watched or queued, even when the URL differs. It uses the Craigslist classifier meter (Free and trial 100 a month, paid Pro 5,000). When that runs out, local extraction still works.

Title match

Title match compares each result's title with the titles you want and adds a chip: high match, medium match, low match or no match. It's useful on boards where posts don't need a résumé, so Resume Score has nothing to compare.

• Set the titles in Settings → Title match → Desired job titles, one per line. They're pre-filled from your résumé during onboarding. Your current title and recent Workday job titles are added automatically.
• Choose the boards with Apply title similarity matching.
• Obvious matches and non-matches are decided locally; only the unclear ones are sent to the classifier. Those count against the Title match meter (Free 100 a month, Pro and trial 10,000), and cached results don't count.

Batch actions

On results pages, View all marks every job on the page as viewed, Hide all hides them, and a second click undoes the batch. Watch all watches every job still showing (skipping ones you already watch; a second click doesn't unwatch). Batch actions count against the Views, Hides and Watches meters like single clicks.

Hide behaviour

Settings → Hide job behavior controls what a hidden job leaves behind on every board: Hide removes it from the list (dotted outline, then gone), and Dotted placeholder cell leaves a dotted red rectangle in its place. Remove hidden jobs from the list turns this off entirely, so hidden jobs stay visible.

Product tour

Each board has a short on-page tour of its controls, started from the ? (Product tour) button next to the batch buttons. On LinkedIn it also runs the first time you visit job results after setup, and can be started from the page's right-click menu.

When the trial ends

If you're on Free after the 14-day trial, a compact trial ended bar appears above job lists on all five boards with a link to pricing. The helpers keep working within the Free caps.
